Having recently visited this shop I would like to say how happy I was with the service received.

The staff were very polite and attentive to my needs, and were more than happy to spend time with me when looking over numerous fabrics.

In the end, we ordered some beautiful curtains, which look fantastic in my living room.

Thank you once again Fabric World London, I look forward to visiting again soon.

I recently visited Fabric world Epsom with the measurements of three windows in my house for where I required new curtains.

The staff were extremely polite, patience and attentive. We discussed the colour scheme in my house and I explained that I was looking for a modern non floral design, but on a budget!! I opted for a made to measure package, lined curtains done at a very reasonable price. They even took the time to pull up the pencil pleat curtains up for me so they were ready to go straight onto my windows.

The way I was treated as a customer was excellent, I have recommended them to friends and will certainly revisit.

I went back to Fabric World and they has some great offers on stock fabrics. I was able to curtain the ground floor of my house for an extremely reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and calculated how many metres of Fabric I needed. They also helped with matching up fabric designs and colours to fit with the way my house is decorated. Top Marks!!!

I'm not usually one to write reviews about companies but having read some previous reviews posted about Fabric World London I felt it only right to comment on how good the service was that my Wife and I received.

We had a delightful experience when visiting the Epsom store, and was looked after by a gentlemen called Brandon who was very attentive towards our needs. He was happy to spend a lot of time showing us numerous fabrics and designs (my Wife is very fussy) and never once appear to get frustrated with how indecisive we both were. The store houses a wealth of choice with the quality to match and after visiting numerous other Fabric Stores in the Kent and London area, we found their prices to be very competitive.

In the end (after much deliberation), my wife and I chose two pairs of curtains for our Living and Dining room as well as some Roman Blinds for our conservatory. These have now been fitted and they look fantastic, I plan to add so photos in due course.

Once again, thank you to Brandon and your team, it was a pleasure dealing with you all.

Received both helpful and friendly service great atmosphere and lovely staff ordered a beautiful fabric to be made into bedroom curtains and only takes 2 weeks . Very happy customer will definitely make a return visit .

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE (one of the male employees not sure of name.) I agree with the other review on google. I came in to get fabric samples for a course I am doing (I don't know if it was because of my age, how i look or because i wasn't going to make a large purchace) but his exact words were 'well you'll have to do that yourself, it's your project' didn't offer any assitance. (And it's not as if it was busy, he had no other customers) I have worked in customer service and i would never treat someone like that. Never going back again and wouldn't recommend anyone to go. So rude.

I've just experienced very poor customer service from Brandon at Fabric World. His manner was curt, unfriendly and unhelpful. When it was apparent that I had been giving misinformation about two different products by two different members of staff, he failed to give a satisfactory apology, despite the time that I had wasted due to their errors. He additionally failed to make any attempt to try and salvage the sale and I therefore will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Very rude and customer service skills are zero, I will never darken their door again after being treated with no respect for the second time. There are ways of dealing with potential customers, but they do not know it!
