Fabric arrived nice and quick which is my only plus point, 1st fabric received had all drawings on it half way down the headliner so is unusable, spoke with them on the phone guy seemed happy to help replacement was issued,

Replacement arrived, headlining was a completely different colour so can only assume the 1st stuff received was the last of that roll, another phone call later explained the situation after being prepared to send the fabrics sent back to them, and told it’s a different batch, it will never match the headlining of my vehicle and that basically there is nothing they can do to rectify it,

The second fabric received is miles off the colour of the car I told them it was navy to no avail and guy on phone the second time was quite short and rude when trying to explain the situation,

So now I have 1 fabric with chalk or paint lines on it half way up and one the completely wrong colour,

So would not recommend this company for quality of product or customer service really.

I was sent faulty fabric. I called to say I wasn't happy and was told parcel force would collect it from me the next day and they would immediately resend a replacement (I had to stipulate this as I needed it quickly!) But, the fabric wasn't sent out to me for another 7 days and I received the 2nd lot of fabric (which wasn't faulty this time) 8 days after returning the original order. I don't mind mistakes as every one makes them, but don't lie to me and choose to not communicate. Wouldn't recommend and won't use again, which is a shame as I have some large, regular orders to make somewhere in the near future. Customer service is just as important as the product itself.

Order made and paid for 3 weeks ago 09/05/23, I emailed looking for confirmation a week later, I got no reply, got them on the phone later that day and I was given a Royal Mail Tracking number, the tracking number is not registered on the Royal Mail system. I emailed and called yesterday to no avail.
I am out of pocket, running out of time to have my work ready for delivery. I have made commitments to my client that i will now be unable to fulfil.
Its very frustrating.....

Really not happy with this company. I placed a order for 3 types of recycled polyester on 25 November. The date is now 6 December with no delivery yet sent. Phoned up 2days ago and was told they ain't got it stocked but they have it on there website for sale. Even checked there site again and it's still available to buy. Was told its due in a week and they will kept up to date. We'll no info sent and not kept up to date. I will contact them again on 6th December 22. I may take this further with my bank and trading standards if I do not receive my items paid for.

Recently ordered and wow they are fast to process and ship! Ordered quite a large amount of fleece fabric and it's with me in a few days!
Had one issue in the past when ordering a fleece sample book and when I called asking if it had been processed the gentleman on the other side explained there was a little delay with the book and he could send me personal samples the next day! I didn't end up needing them and was happy to wait, but that was lovely of them to offer. They are very friendly over the phone and try help any way possible.

Been here a couple of times. Today's visit Ajaz helped us out and honestly he couldn't have been nicer.

Got a bit of a project on atm and he's been able to advise us on materials etc. We will be back when we have a final design.

Ordered some fabric of the internet to be told it was out of stock, they messaged me loads of alternative fabric which i choose one was sent straight out and received in time to finish my order. Very friendly staff and willing to help highly recommend.

Fabrics marked in stock were not and order was not sent. No communication until I followed up 7 days after purchase. Was told fabrics would be dispatched the next day. 13 days later I had to follow up again when I was told some of my order had been discontinued. Fabrics arrived badly packaged and damaged. Still waiting for refund of fabric that was discontinued. Rude, unprofessional and unreliable.
