Lovely shop. We popped in to find some material so I can make my step-daughter some maternity clothes and we had a great time rummaging around. The lady running the shop was super friendly and really helpful, offering advice and suggestions as well as showing us around the fabric. For all that it's quite small there's lots to choose from. I'll definitely go again when I'm next in Lincoln.

Love this little gem of a shop. Went in this morning knowing vaguely what i was after (knew the type of material but open to colours/patterns etc) and the lady working there was so helpful. She was very patient as i raided her new delivery and i came away with more than i intended - thats a sign of a good shop there!
A proper little Aladdins cave, and reasonable prices.
They also run workshops and classes out the back which is a bonus too!

I have travelled today to visit this shop especially. The service that I received today was exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely lady, she will offer her advice and knowledge without being pushy. A good selection of fabrics at reasonable prices, and also trims, zips and threads. I will definitely recommend this shop to my fellow sewists!

I love this place! Great fabrics, helpful and knowledgeable staff with some workshops available for help with the tricky bits. This is where I go to treat myself, the whole experience is very special and individual. Plus, the coffee shop next door is another worthwhile visit. A place to browse pattern books with a cup of tea and cake...
