If I was able to leave a 0/5 , I would have. This business has an order and delivery policy which they do not adhere to. When challenged about the implementation of their own policy, base on fact, the lady with an African accent who I spoke to was rude and refuse to accept the fact that they are not following their own policy. Resulting to customer receiving multiple order tracking emails and numbers and still yet, not receiving their order after 2 weeks. Whilst trying to explain to her about my issues and providing a feedback on them looking at their policies and its implementation, she continued speaking over me and not allowing me to speak. Not once during our conversation did she apologise for their error. She was condescending and plain rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE PAYMENT BUT SHY AWAY FROM DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS QUERY IN A POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER. KEPP AWAY.

Today was my second time visiting and purchasing from this store and I wouldn’t go elsewhere now. Lovely layout, not crowded and no one following you about as you walk the aisles. The range of products stocked is good - all high quality brands and different price points. The service was also very good. I got a lot of guidance and advice for products to try and can’t wait to be back with my daughters to pick out some hair beads and more products! I saw two salon styling chairs but forgot to ask if they also provide hair styling services for adults/kids.

I have ordered online from this store in the past but decided I would go into the store and choose my own hair for a change. I have ordered from Amazon lately and the quality hasn’t been good. The shop is nice and well laid out and I received excellent service and advice from the assistant in the shop. I will definitely return.

Went in there looking for a good quality synthetic wig and I can say that this store exceeded expectations!
All the wigs that they had in stock were beautiful and the lace was great quality.
The customer service I received was great as well. The lady helped my try on numerous wigs until I finally made up my mind and got one - I was spoilt for choice! She even gave me helpful advice on how to style them etc.
They even provide hairdressing in the shop which is cool.
Definitely my new go to hair shop!

I'm generally not one for writing negative reviews, but I've feel like I've had no choice but to leave one after my experience. It was my first time choosing to buy from Exodus Beauty and sadly I think it will be my last. I purchased from them a month or so ago, the item in question was unused and kept in its original packaging for a return. I was asked to provide a photograph to prove it's unused status, which was fine and perfectly understandable. After, they confirmed they were happy with the item's status, I sent the item back to Exodus, and expected to have my refund promptly arranged. However, I heard nothing back. I then emailed them and asked if the return had been received and was told I needed to submit proof of postage, again I thought that was fair enough and sent a attached picture of the receipt of postage. I've heard nothing back. I emailed them earlier this week and once again, I have heard nothing back. Having emailed them three times now, regarding my refund, and still awaiting a reply to my last two emails. I have still yet to hear anything. Unfortunately now, I'm having to look in to further more time consuming options as to how to get my refund back. If I'm honest, I'm finding it hard to believe that they ever intended to refund the item at all at this point. Very disappointing. I would advise not dealing with this business at all, as their customer service is not what it should be, and having read some of the other reviews I see now that this seems to be a bit of a pattern. I wish I had taken the time to read the other negative reviews left, as I would have saved myself this rather drawn out and unsatisfying experience. I would implore those of the fence not to buy from here, as there are other establishments that are feel safer and above board. As I've said previously, disappointing.

I’ve just returned 3 units and extensions. Emailed exodus beauty and they said it was absolutely fine returning Items only to discover multiple customer’s experiences was identical to mine. I sent 5 emails asking what has happen to my refund They have now decided not to respond. I also stated in the email that I would give them some time before reporting this. This is really awful to know a company could do this over a week no response yet They were really swift in taking payment. I will be taking action if it’s not resolved. Totally unacceptable.

I usually use Exodus Beauty’s online shop but I had the opportunity to visit the physical shop September 2023.
It was well laid out with a hair salon to the rear which is great. The customer service was excellent and the owner was able to give me relevant hair and beauty advice.
This is a black owned business where the customer’s is first even if that means you are recommended to other hair and beauty shops if your needs may not be met there.
I will continue to use exodus beauty because the owner made me feel that ‘it was all about me’ and not the sale
