was very nervous as i hadn’t had my hair cut in a while and previous experience of having my hair cut, annalise was amazing, spoke me through options and what the outcome of her cutting my hair in ways we both suggested. Spoke me through the different steps she was going to take and what the outcome of her taking those steps would be. I am really really happy with my hair. Lovely atmosphere in the hairdressers

My first time at ES. Fantastic experience even from consultation. Emma cut my hair and she is extremely talented and knowledgeable. Best cut I’ve ever had, including the blow dry too. So pleased with it. I didn’t feel rushed, felt confident with Emma, who gave me loads of helpful advice on solving the issues I’ve been having with my hair. All the staff are lovely, atmosphere is relaxing- and the coffee is great too.
