Absolutely shocking!
Received a bag saying the collection would be on the following Monday and how my clothes donation would benefit the NHS.
Spend all day on Sunday sorting out 3 large bags of high end clothes and put them out before 8.00am as was requested.
This was not easy as the bags are very heavy and I am in my late seventies!
They did not pick them up so they now remain in my hall even after 2 phone calls.

Despite a sign on my letterbox stating no charity bags, ECS textiles still posted a charity bag through it.
I emailed them politely asking to be added to their do not post list, which has been ignored.
I advise everyone to not donate to the Children's Air Ambulance, which is who ECS allege they are affiliated with.

Packed the bag as requested, put outside in clear view of the road before 8am as requested. Saw the van on my doorbell camera go sailing past around 9am not stopping to pick up the large, obvious white back! Rang up straight away to ask if they could come back, no answer so left a voicemail and sent an email to the info@ email address. No response to anything, bag not collected by the time I had to go out at 4pm. What is the point in spending the time, money and energy posting the leaflets and driving the van around to not bother collecting?!

Charity bag pushed through letterbox when there is a clear notice on the door stating that these are unwanted. I won't entertain any firm that disrespects a residents wishes.

Your collectors left a collection bag at our house in Hull for Transformation for Veterans. There is a sign on our door saying we don't want collection bags. You need to train your collectors better to take note and *not* leave bags where there is such a notice. You're registered with the Fundraising Regulator so no excuses - they have all the regs and guidance for you. You damage charities reputations and your own when you can't stuck to the fundraising code and regs.

After reading the online reviews I was sceptical about leaving out anything to be collected. However, I needed to sort out my clothes and used the upcoming collection as the perfect opportunity. I spent hours deciding which clothes, shoes and bags to donate. Many still have tags on and are unworn. I left around 10 black bags outside at 8am yesterday. They are still there a day later! I have spoken to a rep via the messenger app, three times. Each time, I was assured they’d be collected before the end of the day, yesterday. Very unimpressed indeed. Unreliable and dishonest service.

Company thinks it’s acceptable to employ staff to post rubbish through residential letter boxes in the early hours of the weekend. Making unacceptable noise pulling peoples letter boxes with no consideration for working folk.

I will never donate anything to a organisation who practice like this.
