Absolutely terrible company to deal with. My flags were super delayed so missed the event I needed them for.
They've been delivered to the event location now but I can't get hold of Liam at Eco Print to get a refund and to find the flags.
After 5 unanswered emails, I've had to resort to writing this. Stay away from them and their incorrect delivery times.
Would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered the flag. They didn’t have the ground pole in stock so my order was delayed by two days.

Nonetheless, the customer service was quick to fix the issue and upgraded my order.

The reason I am giving them 5 stars is that they made a mistake but took all the extra steps in their book to fix it.

This is the type of business and people I want to be dealing with.

We ordered cafe barriers and left very clear instructions regarding the colours of the logo. They have sent out a barrier that is the complete wrong colour and have outright refused to re print. Shocking customer service. Avoid this company like the plague. My business partner and I massively regret placing an order with them. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Oh and something we haven’t even mentioned, the bases of the posts are also scratched. Just a shambles really AVOID AVOID AND AVOID
