I was so delighted that I had Andy repair the foam cushion of my armchair that dipped when sitting upon the seat. Andy was working in my village and said he could call by to see if the design of the armchair would enable him to add some more supportive foam. Thankfully when Andy removed the base cover of the armchair he found that he would be able to add some more supportive foam. I was so thankful the extra foam has made a tremendous difference and it's very supportive and comfortable. Andy is an excellent upholster who talks through everything he is doing and shows you too. He is very friendly and listens to his customers needs. I certainly recommend Andy he is a credit to his profession and very reasonably priced. Thank you so very much Andy. Sharon Griffin.

Andy was fantastic. He really couldn't have been more responsive, friendly and helpful. He was a real expert, knew the chairs and shared details about their background. His advice on fabrics was practical and he had an enormous range of choices. He reupholstered them very quickly and collected and dropped them off. Most importantly, the end result is absolutely exceptional and is well beyond what I thought possible. He is a real craftsman and a great person to deal with. I could not recommend him more highly.

As part of our café refurbishment we got cutting edge upholstery to bring our tired old benches back to life! Andy worked his magic and we couldn't be happier with the results! Andy was also amazing to work with, coming early to pick up the seating and getting everything done in under 4 days to fit into our crazy schedule. I would highly recommend.

Cutting Edge reupholstered cushions to two wooden armchairs for us recently. Everything about the experience was fantastic. Andy was very helpful in recommending suitable leather and an aged finish based on our requirements and the quality of his work is outstanding. The turnaround was really quick too, and we were fortunate that he was able to fit our chairs in while waiting for fabric for another customer. I would have been more than happy to wait though, for such an outstanding finish. Thank you Andy.

Cutting Edge Upholstery is outstanding. Andy has worked with us to creat quite a bespoke look. The chair photographed ( before and after ) is one of a pair, the other is being finished in a worn leather with reciprocal yellow piping and arm rests. Pictures to follow.
Andy has also agreed to cover additional seating pads from other pieces of furniture in the same yellow fabric.
Andy is extremely talented and experienced and guides and advises when needed.
We look forward to working with him in the future.
