Sadly I feel a very disappointed client after spending nearly £400 for this lady to ruin my hair where there was no resolution given, when I tried to explain gently how unhappy I was I was told sorry but I am not prepared to do anything.

I often spend a lot on my hair extensions, as I take pride in how I look after them visiting the hairdresser regularly to maintain them.

The hair extensions were poorly placed, resulting in an extremely uncomfortable and painful experience. As a result, the extensions were pulling on my natural hair and causing significant discomfort. This poor placement has also caused damage to my scalp.Due to the improper placement and excessive tension caused by the hair extensions, I have experienced severe scalp damage. This has resulted in redness, irritation, and tenderness of the scalp. Additionally, I have been experiencing frequent headaches, dizziness.

This lady completely ruin my hair and didn’t do what I asked. The hair extensions are very visible and look messy where she has placed them on my head without securing properly.

Clearly the customer is always wrong in her eyes. As a business women myself I wouldn’t treat any of my clients this way, and would also try and accommodate to make someone feel happy and content as reputation is everything, together with word of mouth.

I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone and on looking on other social media sites about this particular company (lady) I am not the only upset and disappointed customer. Please avoid and do your research before visiting. Sadly I didn’t and have now paid the price. I have contacted my bank in the hope they can do something about this payment as the extensions are awful and clearly rushed where she hasn’t spend time putting the hair extensions placed correctly to the head.

I came to Cindy with brown hair which had previously been through trauma with bleaching for about 6 years. My hair is a huge insecurity of mine, but Cindy reassured me and made me feel so comfortable in her salon. I have only really trusted one artist with my hair and decided to take the jump to another salon. Cindy talked me through what she thought would look the best and also be the best for my hair. She is so talented and I’m so grateful for her work and making me feel like myself again. She is so lovely and also full of tips on how to maintain hair care. I will definitely be returning to get my extensions back in. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Had my hair done multiple times, love it so much doesn’t hurt feels very comfortable and seamless can do a variety of hair styles which is perfect. Also got them removed before and my hair has grown so much thanks you Cindy and her methods.

I suffer from hair loss due to kidney failure. Cindy did a mesh integration with a topper which completely changed my life. Not only do I like seeing what I see in the mirror but due to the skill Cindy has in installing it, my hair has started to grom bak! Highly recommended !!!

Such a professional lady who took time to explain everything and go through the procedure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Cindy takes the time to listen and understands. She offers her experience and suggestions and I have had no problems. Trust her 100% with my hair.

After suffering with hair loss over the last few years, Cindy has made me feel like a new woman. She has brought back my confidence and made me feel like me again with colouring, styling and applying extensions. She is amazing, from the moment you enter the salon, to the moment you leave she is nothing but professional. The dedication and passion she has is outstanding.
