Absolute nightmare of an experience. Took seven weeks for the wallpaper to arrive, it arrived wrong despite clear instructions sent in three emails and it was a simple job. Poorly customer service, not responsive to queries, endless wrong samples, dithering etc. The response to the wrong paper has been appalling. They have refused to replace and eventually agreed to give a refund, which actually turned out a part refund! Very dishonest. Taking the issue up with credit card company so more pain. 5 months of hell and still counting and this is not an issue of my making. Use this company at your peril. Went with another company and the wallpaper was printed and delivered in 2 weeks no hassle.
