Heather was extremely helpful and patient in the planning of a private workshop for my friend's hen party.

We chose to do glass fusing and everyone in the group appeared to have a great time, with Heather on-hand to guide and help us in making two items each over the 2.5 hours (coaster, trinket holder or hanging ornament). Looking forward to picking them up!

The workshop is beautiful and we were treated to some cocktails and cake, too.
Highly recommend.

I attended a 'Wave' glass craft class with Stevie Davies, held at the beautiful creative space at byHeatherMay. Stevie is warm and enthusiastic about her craft, and incredibly patient and supportive with us all. She had an extensive array of materials for us to choose freely from. I was really happy with the glass piece I made, and it turned out beautifully after she fired it and returned it to Heather's studio. Stevie also helped me out with a query regarding a pair of her lustre glass earrings I'd bought previously from her display at Heather's studio, so all round a Happy Customer!

Had SUCH a lovely time at a Vintage Candle Making Workshop. I attended alone but any nerves soon subsided with the friendly welcome & I was really looked after throughout (including the most delicious tea & cake!!).

All of the other attendees had been to workshops here previously - I think that’s testament to how good they are!

Heather is an incredibly experienced & very knowledgeable tutor - what she doesn’t know about candles isn’t worth knowing. A fun, engaging experience.

Thoroughly recommend the workshops here… the shop is also a delight to explore (and you can park for free at the Lidl opposite). I’ve also shopped with By HeatherMay online - my order was beautifully packaged in eco-friendly materials & arrived quickly.

I have attended 3 pottery workshops and have been impressed with what I have been able to make. Expert tuition given that helped me create a tealight house, a birdhouse and a cow (now called Hamish). Will certainly be going again. Other craft sessions are available.

This advent calendar keeps on giving even on the 1st February. The scents last more than one day and I’m still opening the advent doors and continuing to enjoy the element of surprise each time.
I have done a few classes with Heather (supported by her equally talented daughter) and I absolutely love every single one.
Heathers classes and products are A**. Heather always provides perfect customer services, knowledge and quality of the product.

Had a fab time at the Halloween themed pottery witches hat. Really enjoyed learning a new craft in the workshop, Heather was friendly and welcoming, with tea on arrival, and top up with cakes mid way through, and one of Heather's gorgeous scents wafting through the place.

The workshop leader took us through each stage clearly, enabling us to create our own mini masterpiece. I don't consider myself to be very artistic, but I love crafting - and was impressed that I was able to make something that looked so good! Can't wait to display it in my window over Halloween. I would definitely come to another session!

Purchased my first wax melts from Heather today. They really do smell lovely and are definitely the best I've ever used. Ill be back for more and recommend them 😃🫶
