I went to see Shaun when i ran into problems with a major High Street sofa retailer last year. Shaun was polite, courteaus and attentive to detail. I ordered a 3 and a 2 seater sofas from him. Shaun also provided a wide range of materials and colours to choose from. Shaun also visited my house to make sure his bespoke sofas would fit through my front and living room doors.
When the Sofas finally arrived they looked even better than I thought they would. I could see the quality and the craftsmanship with which the sofas were made. His delivery team were fantastic too. If you are thinking of buying new sofa(s) or have had issues with other sofa retailers, than this is the shop you need to come to. Thanks again Shaun and to all your staff.

When we first started to shop for sofas…
When we first started to shop for sofas we were unsure of the style and fabric design. Shaun Bott was very patient as we mixed and matched sofa styles to design our own, and went through 18 plus fabric books, constantly changing our minds!
We wanted to maximise the seating capacity so Shaun built a bespoke sofa that fitted our space.
Once chosen Shaun went through the finish. One of our fabrics has a pattern & Shaun has matched the cushions to the arms and sides so that the pattern symmetrically flows through. The finish is perfect and the attention to detail in incredible.
The sofas are very comfortable and we are really really pleased with them.
We also bought a “Love Seat” for our daughter which needed transportation to London. Shaun went out of his way to help us source transport despite this not being his problem.
With Lockdown we could not take immediate delivery so Shaun kindly stored them until we were ready.
Shaun has given us exceptional service throughout the process and we would highly recommend him.

We had a sofa from Shaun several years ago and have been continually delighted with the quality. We loved it when it was now and love it just as much now. It is still like new, the seat and back covers come off to wash, do not need ironing and the sofa looks like new each time. It is still just as comfortable too. We need a new sofa now for another room and I am so looking forward to seeing the designs and colours Shaun can offer us this time. Highly recommended for quality, design, service and product!

We got a sofa made by Shaun which arrived just before Christmas. The fabric we chose was a very difficult pattern to match up as the pattern was not the same all over. When it finally arrived it exceeded our expectations by miles, not because we were worried that Shaun would not do a good job but because of our choice of fabric. The sofa is absolutely wonderful and so comfortable and looks perfect in our room. Through the whole process of the sofa being made Shaun was fantastic and covered every little detail of our requirements, we can honestly say hand on heart we would not use any other company to make a sofa should we need another and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Shaun for making us very happy.

A true craftsman whose approach is meticulous, both in customer service and in his striving for quality of results. We had a three-piece suite and two chairs re-upholstered. As someone with a craft background myself (and who is fussy about quality of detail) I was very impressed when I visited his workshop. It was obvious that there were no shortcuts or compromises on quality of materials here. We are delighted with the results of Shaun's work. He was not the cheapest quote we received but he has certainly achieved perfection. I am more than happy to recommend Shaun Bott Handmade Sofas Ltd. without reservation.
