Lovely welcome and intro conversation with Brendan, which led to him patiently understanding my pain points about my hair followed by a refreshing haircut (including a very relaxing and thorough hair wash) lastly styled in a way that feels so easy to manage day to day. Jack was so lovely and so friendly - I felt very comfortable in his chair and left with a terrific haircut. I have really long hair and often leave salons with a limp, still-damp blowout as the stylist runs out of time. Jack did NOT let that happen; enlisting the help of a colleague, he got my hair dry and bouncy in record time. I felt well taken care of and will definitely return.

I had a comfortable time at BOS with Chantelle who was very knowledgeable and easily understood what I was looking for. The salon has a nice intimate feel and I love my new haircut. All the other staff were really nice and put me at ease. You don’t feel pressured to buy products or get a specific treatment like in an other Amersham salon so I’ll definitely come back!

I can’t remember the last time I was truly happy with a haircut till now - Antonella just ‘gets it’ when I’m explaining what I want. She never disappoints. The young woman with long tied back hair on reception is also outstanding.
