I had my heart set on a black and white striped blind from John Lewis but the fabric had been out of stock for months. I called Billy Hills to see if they had anything similar and was so pleased that they were able to get the exact fabric I was looking for and made the exact blind I’d been hoping for. The ladies in store were so helpful and the fitter was lovely. It was so handy that the fitter came out to measure as I would definitely measured up wrong!

Billy Hill interiors was recommended to me by a friend as I had just returned to the UK after many years overseas and I had no idea where to go.I cannot express how fabulous it was from start to finish. The staff in the shop were extremely helpful because although I knew what I didn't want I certainly didn't know what I DID want. I chose the fabric books and lovely Rachel came out to my house and together we decided what would work. The result was just fabulous from the curtains to the blinds to the exceptional service and knowledge. I really cannot recommend them enough. If you want quality this is definitely the place to go

Professional and friendly from start to finish...Rachel was fantastic when it came to choosing material, colour and style of curtain for our house and room, we had the lounge and master bedroom both in the same material and colour but in different styles, as I wanted something neutral for when when the rooms are decorated, both on rail systems which look and work well with this style of curtain, Richard did a wonderful job fitting the rail system and took great care when fitting the curtains and gave us great aftercare advice, brilliant service...highly recommend.

Your reputation as a family business goes before you. Having bought fabric from your original market stall over the years I did not hesitate to ask Rachel to come and help me select curtains for my new house.
Her expertise was second to none. Her experience and very relaxed manner was just what you needed when making such big decisions. She brought samples and photographs to share and there was no pressure at all to make decisions immediately.
Having chosen curtains for the whole house they were made within a matter of weeks.
Rich provided the fixtures , fittings and put the curtains up very efficiently.
Jane came a week or two later just to check curtain lengths after they had been hanging and made any necessary adjustments.

Thank you all for such great service.......I am delighted and they have been very well admired!!

Just had my curtains finished and fitted. Omg. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. So calm. Nothing too much trouble absolutely beautiful beautiful end product. We can’t recommend Billy Hills highly enough. Rachel was wonderful and took real time helping us to make decisions about what would suit the house and our tastes. The fitters were so professional and were able to adapt the fitting to certain ‘quirks’ in ways that we wouldn’t have thought of if we were fitting curtains ourselves. It’s not hard to identify which curtains were made and hung by Billy Hills!
Thank you so much; worth every penny. Only another few windows to go!

We are delighted with the curtains. The curtains were ready for their scheduled date. We had new tracks installed and the curtains and roman blind were all pattern matched and well made (several widths as was large bay). Minor alterations were in situ as part of their follow up service . An excellent service overall, and to be recommended.
