It was an absolute joy to have my dress made by Barbara and the team at Bibiluxe! It was so difficult to choose one, because the designs and fabrics are so contemporary and beautiful. In the end I opted for something in between two styles, and Barbara put together a custom design. I was travelling from London and also had some last minute adjustments to be made, but these were worked around with as little stress as possible. It fitted perfectly as was exactly what I hoped for

Barbara created a custom design wedding dress based off one of her existing designs and a high street dress id tried online. The dress was perfect and Barbara was extremely helpful and patient throughout the design and production stages. The quality matched those of all bridal designers I tried, but the care and attention Barbara gives you is next level! I was also able to try some sample dresses on at her studio and have two fitting appointments when the dress was being put together to give me extra comfort and make a few tweaks to ensure I was happy with the final dress.

I reached out to Barbara after seeing her gorgeous Etsy page in hopes that she could make a custom gown for me, and she did not disappoint. Even though I live in NYC, communication with her was always easy and prompt. She completely understood my vision. I wish I could tell you that I tried the dress on, looked in the mirror and thought, “Oh, my God, what a gorgeous dress!“

But I didn’t.

Instead, I tried on the dress, looked in the mirror, and thought, “Oh, my God… I’M gorgeous!“

Truly, the fit on this dress far and away exceeded my expectations. From the moment I tried on the slip dress, I saw the “miracle“ that evidently happens when something is custom tailored to one’s actual measurements. I swear, in the slip dress alone, I looked about 15 pounds slimmer than I normally do. The dress itself is stunning and all of the areas that I was the most worried about (the height of the waist-line, the cut of the upper arms) - absolutely perfect. I couldn’t believe what I saw when I was looking at myself. I didn’t even have my proper, “foundation garments“ on, and I looked beautiful.

I am so glad that I found Bibiluxe to create my dream wedding dress. Everything about my experience was wonderful - Barbara was patient and relaxed during my first try on of her sample dresses. She worked with me throughout the process to get the dress right and to make some personalisations that I'd asked for to make it my own - she and her seamstresses are super talented, and the end result was amazing.
The dress fitted perfectly - it was elegant, beautiful and comfortable, which was exactly what I wanted. The silk was stunning, especially in the sun we had on our wedding day and I received so many compliments on the dress.
I would highly recommend Bibiluxe and Barbara, as a wonderful small business to trust with your dress!!!

Working with Barbara on my wedding dress was the best experience! She made my absolute dream dress and the whole journey was so fun and exciting!

I tried a few dresses at London boutiques and the experiences made me feel really deflated. But as soon as I tried Barbara’s dresses it was a completely different vibe, I felt comfortable and at ease. I knew I wanted her to help create what I’d been envisioning for my wedding and she bought the whole thing to life so perfectly!

It was love at first sight when I saw the Harrington blouse and Perry slip dress and while I was nervous about buying my wedding dress online, I’m so glad I did.
