Hi I went in to bhatti shop to get some material and the material i wanted was damaged so I said I don't want that bit and the man in the shop said to me leave it then somebody else will buy it he was soo rude to me, I'm a paying customer I just wanted some fabric that wasn't damaged. They have no customer skills in that shop.

Very bad customer service. I purchased fabric from this shop, all the embroidery was falling off the lady said I should have asked her if it would all fall of before I purchased it ! How on earth was I to know it would come off! She should inform me or she should not sell cheap rubbish fabrics. Will not be spending any more money here.
