Very happy with overall service from the original shopping experience through to delivery day. The assistance from in store staff was fantastic and no hard sell experienced. Since ordering, communication from Bensons regarding delivery was good. Delivery team were excellent. Will definitely use Bensons again and highly recommend to friends/family.

The staff in the showroom were excellent, and the guy at the metro centre who gave us advice on assembling the bed ourselves(even though we'd paid to have it assembled)was excellent. but the service otherwise has been sadly lacking.
Shame the after care wasn't as good as the sales

Recently bought a bed and 2 mattresses from Bensons. In the shop they were very helpful, taking time with my disabled wife. The whole process was excellent. The delivery lads were friendly and put the items in the rooms they were going.

From the moment we walked in the store Mark was cracking jokes and having a laugh with us. After a few hours shopping this was very refreshing. ( not a fan of pushy salesmen)
The wife took us for 20 or so laps round the showroom not being able to make up her mind. Mark stuck around to answer the thousands of queries and questions she had. At one point leaving me relaxing on the tv bed while he did a few more laps round the store with her.
For her to then settle on the very first bed we looked at when we went in.
He made our whole choosing enjoyable whilst probably just wanting rid of us. ( the wife. Only joking)
