Unfortunately I was let down by another salon last week so had to look for walk in cut and blow dry appointment in Amesbury.Despite having other clients they managed to fit me in at the last minute .The price was just £25 ,the other salon was charging £30. The lady cutting My hair was able to fix previous hair cuts where hair had been left at uneven lengths although that did mean cutting off more hair than hoped however I don’t mind that as it now looks even .The ends of my hair had been thinned far to much meaning whenever I straightened my hair it just started sticking out in a odd direction ,she was the only hair dresser I’ve been to that’s noticed /fixed this yet I’ve been to a number of hairdressers over the last few years .I can now straighten my hair and it actually keeps straight .Very impressed with the cut and overall service especially when you consider the price .would definitely go back when needed .

I have had my hair, nails and facials done and have had an amazing experience each time. Everyone is so happy to help, even with my daughter when she has come with me. I will not go elsewhere. Highly recommend

I cannot fault this salon, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere here is relaxing and you don't feel uncomfortable, i came here to get my hair corrected after a hair cut someone else done and now I won't go to anyone other then Rebecca, ( my sister even comes to amesbury just for Rebecca aswell )
I get my nails and now my eye brows done here too and it's the best eye brow wax annd tint I've had I'm always happy with the results and book in again.

The only salon I've seen with play equipment for kids aswell, so it's nice to know my son can play while I get my treatments done.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hair salon. Not only did they completely botch my haircut, leaving me with messy and uneven hair, but they also failed to inform me that the person cutting my hair was a trainee who clearly lacked proper training. To make matters worse, when I requested assistance from other staff members, nobody came to help. I was charged for this nightmare of an experience, which is beyond unacceptable. Not only did I leave the salon with a terrible haircut, but I also discovered accidental scissor cuts all over my head. My hair was cut way too short in some areas, resembling a patchy mess. I have those pictures and videos , I had to seek out another hairdresser to fix the disaster they created and pay for that service as well. This was, without a doubt, the worst hair salon experience I have ever had, and it's clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction.
I have requested for refund, but not even replied.

Absoloute fantastic service from start to finish for my daughter who was very specific with her requirements . Bex was attentive, and absoloutly smashed the look we was going for. Daughter is in awe! Thankyou so much Bex 💓

as a needle phob I was really worried having my first treatments with Jenny. Well I'm 5 treatments in (different ones) and wouldn't use anyone else..
have my lashes done there regularly to.
they are beautiful😍
jenny really has improved my self confidence,she is a miracle worker.
professional and caring - a real perfectionist. anyone visiting jenny won't be disappointed.

Disappointing!! Was meant to have an appointment Wednesday this week for a hair cut with Rebecca, for them to contact me 3 hours before to change the date, with no apology or explanation. Changed to another day at 9am, turned up and Rebecca was not there. One of the other ladies kindly tried to contact her twice to no avail, I waited 20 minutes before eventually giving up and going home. Will be going elsewhere!!

I had a full set of eyelashes and my eyebrows tinted and waxed I went back for a further infill set of eyelashes and haven’t turned back since absolutely brilliant job love the lashes. Honestly the lashes are a lot better when they have been fully done as my eyelashes didn’t take well to the infills and they didn’t look as voluminous as they did when first got done but I’m absolutely excited for my next visit for my full set and different colour lashes I’m absolutely excited this business is the best for eyelashes and how they made my eyelashes look so thick and full was amazing and can’t wait to see my eyelashes that thick again. Absolutely recommend second to non absolutely lovely people would definitely definitely recommend no one else but these x
