Wanted my ears pierced to wear a specific pair of earrings. Thought I needed to be pierced with a needle, but Jack reassured me that we could do it with a gun and he'd take time ensuring I was happy with the placement. Weeks later now and they have healed perfectly. No soreness and exactly how and where I wanted. I would recommend.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this piercing place. First off, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Not only were they unhelpful, but they were also downright arrogant. The worst part, however, was the complete lack of hygiene. I saw one member roll a cigarette on the bare counter.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, they spent the entire time gossiping about customers in front of other staff members, making rude comments about people as if they weren’t even there. It's clear they have no respect for their clients. If you're looking for professionalism, cleanliness, and basic courtesy, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This place is a joke, and I wouldn’t trust them with a single piercing.

One daughter for a belly button piercing and another daughter for a tongue piercing. Great friendly staff from start to finish. Friendly lady behind the counter and Rob the piercer. Would recommend

Got my lobes done yesterday as my first piercings. Rob and Tyla were absolutely amazing, they talked me through any questions I had and put up with me not knowing much. 10/10 will 100% be coming back when these are healed.

Went in day 3 of my little holiday (sunday)to get a new ball for my toung bar and had my eyebrow done while i was there (why not eh) by the most confident girl who was amazing so much so that i went back monday to be met by rob who was so much fun and had my lip done so funny and enjoyable would highly recomend
