I had my wedding dress alterations done by Sam and Katie at Beautiful Unique Seamstress. They were professional, friendly, helpful and my dress looked absolutely amazing once they had worked their magic! I think most brides would agree that wedding dress fittings are terrifying, especially the closer it gets to the wedding and Sam and Katie made me feel so relaxed and at ease at all my fittings up until the final one! The alterations I had included, bust cup insertion, shortening of the hem line (of about 6 layers!!!), addition of a bustle, building up side seams/cut outs with matching lace to name a few. The price was lower than I had been quoted by other seamstresses in the area but the quality of the alterations was fantastic, the experience, advice and service that I received was second to none!
The fitting room itself is based in a self-storage unit, conveniently located just off the M40 in Banbury and is a hidden gem within the white, repetitive corridors! There is plenty of parking, a large reception area and Sam is like a fairy god mother who appears at the ring of a bell in reception!
