The mark of a great company is in my opinion how they handle things when things go wrong. I have been a customer for many years and usually all goes well however I recently ordered a mystery box, in their special promotion and on receiving it, the main item, a light, was unfortunately not working. I was really impressed with how well and quickly the matter was resolved, I phoned at a busy time and was promised a call back which I did get and with a satisfactory offer to resolve the problem. I have been delighted with all my purchases over the years and value the excellent customer service from the approachable and friendly team.

First class gift to myself! I first found Barnyarns at an exhibition years ago and I want to give a shout out to them for their quality of goods and how they use their knowledge to give the best advice. So many people are quick to criticize when things are not straight forward and forget to give a thumbs up when things go well. I have purchased and ordered goods before and received great products and that counts for a lot. (I would rather quality of goods over quickness and cheapest). I didn't think to review then so I am making up for it now. I had signed up for their newsletter which I like to read and learn from, especially about threads. I was recently invited to buy one of their mystery quilters gift boxes, it was despatched so quick and I kept an eye on the RM tracker, in two days it was here. It was so exciting to open, I will use all of the products, it's all useful, and there are some great Aurifil threads that I am going to try out for the first time. Thank you and well done team.

Purchased threads online, no mention of no stock held. Very poor get out clause on website about possible delays in postage, however, Good customer service goes hand in hand with good communication - needless to say extremely lacking in both. Once bitten twice shy - enough said!

Needed my thread urgently for my girlfriends birthday so they upgraded it to DPD for me and it arrived next morning. Very helpful staff and great shop too!

Very disappointing. I ordered 4mm circular knitting needle and received a 12mm one instead. Messaged through Amazon and directly through their website and left a message on telephone. No one has had the courtesy to respond. Item returned and hoping I get a refund.

Took my Pfaff machine to be serviced here. What helpful lads they are giving advice and showing me round the almost complete new sewing machine showroom, impressive! Got full service report and machine now working a treat all for just £100 all in. I could also see them at work in the workshop which is always nice to witness. I will be back for threads etc. Thankyou Barnyarns. 😊
