What a great place we discovered. All items are organic or close to zero waste. We take our own containers and you fill up from dispensers or jars with scoops provided. Huge range of pulses, spices, sweet treats, you name it, and very reasonable prices, too. There's a basement, too, making the range of goods very extensive. Can't recommend it enough.

Bare Necessities is as environmentally sensitive as you'd hope, and bigger than you'd think, with an excellent range of packaging-free everyday items laid out over two floors. Take your own containers (although some extra ones are usually available) and browse grocery, laundry and all sorts of other products. If you want to feel less guilty of trashing the planet when you shop, this place is highly recommended.

A genuinely great shop. Fair prices and so much variety. SO many refill products for cooking and cleaning as well as lots of local and luxury goods too. I even bought most of my Christmas gifts here. Friendly and helpful staff.

Oh what a shop, excellent for purchasing herbs, spices and washing up liquid and much, much more, too many products to list. The abilty to weigh the quantities that you want and taking your own containers is a great way to shop for sustainability.

Love this shop.....top up flour, dried fruits, pulses, herbs, oils, vinegar, honey & bring your own bottles & top up washing up liquid, washing powder, shampoo, conditioner etc great way to recycle your containers

Waw what amazing use of such a small space, you'll be surprised by the amount available! You just need to take along your empty containers and fill up at this zero waste station. Thank you Cheryl & team for giving Wareham the opportunity to reduce our plastic consumption! Plus everything is so much cheaper without the packaging! 😀
