This shop is great (and I'm very puzzled by the 3.7 rating). It's easy to look around and the staff are always really friendly and very knowledgeable. I even came in one time with a very obscure kind of yarn, and one of the staff members there spent a good 5-10 minutes helping me figure out what I needed for my project. A good range of yarns. Especially love the alpaca yarns they carry.

Cannot recommend this shop enough, they have a large variety of fabrics but their staff are so friendly and helpful. I go regularly and they are always so kind. My daughter (3) loves to look at all the buttons and they are very relaxed about this even though I am not!

Visited the shop today with my sister who is in a wheelchair. The shop has been refurbished since we last visited and wheelchair access around the shop was so much better. Both the ladies who were in duty Wed 2nd were so helpful and friendly. I'm just starting dress making again after years and I have to say the choice of fabrics and accessories was great. Will definitely return!

I went to pick up some wool today, immediately on entry sanitised my hands as I am still cautious of COVID. As soon as I started browsing I was shouted at by a rather overbearing assistant to sanitise my hands. Fortunately the other assistant saw me and corrected the matter. I don't think I've ever come across such a bad experience of customer service! I'm amazed anyone shops there!!
