We have used this salon twice for my daughter and we absolutely love it. Maria is very good with children. I had the pleasure to have my hair done here today and it was a nice experience. Maria was very friendly and professional. My hair looked so natural and shiny after she dealt with it. Totally recommend this place.

Asked for an ends trim 2-3 inches to take off damage and left with around 6 inches taken off and very choppy layers when I asked for them to be blended. I now have a glorified bob.
Price was very high, it was a rushed service, and I left with a thick layer of oil over the top layer of my hair which I didn’t ask for, that I had to wash out.
Overall bad experience.

Had the worst experience here earlier today. After consultation she (who I believe was called Rachel) began cutting and after about 8 minutes she was done. I put my glasses back on and got a complete shock, almost all of my hair was gone. I was very upset and almost immediately she was blaming me of miscommunication, over and over. A very aggressive and unpleasant experience. I have never seen the like by a professional before.

When I got home I had a check how it looked, since I had noticed it was uneven already in the shop and was told it wasn't. It is, I am not very particular about my hair but this is on the level of embarrassing. She took pride in cutting also short parts and not using a trimmer. I have spots with 5 mm and spots with up to 15 mm, where it should be the same length. I have to try to sort it myself tomorrow.

I left a bad review on their Facebook and somehow during the afternoon it has changed so it looks more positive. Can a business even do that?

Very pleased with Avanti, both Maria and Angel have transformed my lockdown Hair hell back to being beautifully healthy. Always very friendly and I look forward to my visits. I would definitely recommend.

If a person spent 8mns on a hair cut what do you expect...Vidal Sassoon. Maria usually spends so much longer and is a perfectionist. No idea who you saw. Never eight minutes.

My hair was cut beautifully and the staff were friendly but it was expensive. I only had a wet cut. Shame it was so expensive because I wont be going back.
