Simon and the team were superb. No corners cut and a quality finish. They bought together a kitchen & dining room and extended out 3 meters. Converted a garage into a superb garden room, excavated and created a new patio area and added a side WC / shower extension. Any issues detected in the build were bought to our attention to discuss options with communication great at all times. The team were great, courteous and really put in a shift. Totally recommend this company.

We met with Simon a couple of times before determining that Artistra were the company for us. Simon was professional, polite and friendly throughout the process and always available. I just wanted to share some recent unprofessional behaviour from a worker in your company . I am a neighbour of one of your regular clients and on a couple of occasions there has been one male in particular who has verbally abused his work colleagues. This is no way to be running a business and I do not believe residents should have to witness such behaviours. This individual should be spoken to and made aware that this is not only an awful way to treat people but also is making a bad reputation for your company .This worker was also in uniform which makes it even worse for the company’s name .

The team at Artistra have done fantastic work on our brilliant new kitchen diner and several other projects around our new home. Everyone on the team has been a pleasure to deal with and they were flexible to begin work ahead of schedule so we've been able settle in much quicker than we'd expected. Artistra recently completed a two storey extension for us and an office cabin in the garden. Simon was very professional - he quoted, showed us pics of previous work, arranged the architect and structural engineers and explained clearly what was going on along the way. We had an issue with drainage which caused a delay to the project and we ended up going through a pandemic towards the end of the works (!!) but Simon was calm and collected throughout. He works hard and seems to genuinely care which we greatly appreciated. The project ran slightly over on timing and budget (unforeseen issues) but Simon managed our expectations along the way and did what he could to clawback time/cost on other parts of the build. We now have our dream home and an office to work from home in. Highly recommend.

I bought a 3 bed property that was in desperate need of renovating. Simon came in and quoted and of the three building firms I got quotes from I felt most comfortable with Artistra - on price, but also mainly as Simon made me feel at ease about the whole project. I needed to adapt the property for my elderly mother - we needed minimal disruption and maximum effort to make it into a space that would work for her. Simon and his team tackled this part of the job first and I was immediately impressed - they were so fast! My mother did not suffer any disruption. Also the workmen were so polite to her and that really made a difference. Simon then started on the rest of the property - I now have three gorgeous bedrooms decorated exactly to my taste and two bathrooms (he even managed to fit a roll top bath into my downstairs bathroom for which I am eternally grateful!). Thanks so much to Simon and the team (special mention about Callum who was fantastic and worked so hard to get the project finished within a tight timeframe). I would recommend (and have recommended) Simon to friends and cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and expertise.
