We would not hesitate to recommend Artisan Tiles. Ours was only a small job - simply supplying tiles from Original Style to tile the recess for our new AGA - but Kat went to a considerable amount of trouble working out the requirements, liaising with the supplier and resolving issues that arose during the ordering. We found her efficient, professional and friendly. We are delighted with the final result and wouldn't hesitate to use Artisan tiles again.

Artisan designed and supplies us with 3 beautiful bathrooms. Not only were they super quality the design was perfect and suited our beautiful home. The attention to detail from ordering to delivery with every bathroom labelled and with full itinerary was invaluable to my plumber. The showroom is beautiful, full of lots ideas and stunning products. Our bathroom was designed by Kat, who I really enjoyed working with. From the initial designs that included things I’d not thought about, plus really accounting for the bathroom being a family bathroom, to communication, choosing beautiful products, knowledge of fitting and helpful ideas along the way. Kat's gold dust, everything you want and so rarely find when doing these projects.

I was also impressed with Matt who made the delivery. He must be a one in a million delivery guy. He was careful, considerate, neat, understanding of how important these deliveries are to customers, stacked everything by room and explained the labelling and the docket.

On the days I rang and Kat wasn't there the team were always approachable, helpful and did whatever they could to deal with my enquiry. Thank you Artisan.

Rebecca was extremely helpful from our first visit to the selection of our floor tiles from their superb range.
We did experience a problem but this was resolved by Gavin in a timeous and professional manner. Our floor now looks great.

Adrian came over to our house in Bramhall to assess the existing cracked floor which was supplied and installed by a firm in Bolton. He straight away diagnosed the issue and recommended appropriate replacement floor tile.He supplied the product and all the materials promptly.Since the installation which was 10 month ago we have not seen any problems considering my daughter keeps jumping up and down on them with her skipping rope.They look contemporary and very solid.You are a life saver.Thanks again for your honest opinion .

Absolutely fantastic service from the moment we entered the shop. We dealt with Toby throughout and nothing was too much trouble (despite changing our minds lots of times). Super impressed with the fitter they recommended, and overall we couldn't be happier with our beautiful new bathroom.
