I am not for one leaving negative reviews for a business however on this occasion I have to. I came in for a cut and blow dry with a stylist. Having had a lovely cut last year where I felt the salon finished. I returned. I had really lovely long hair. Artisan could have done wonders with my hair. I had Elena and asked for layers, feathers and a side fridge with balayage finish. She absolutely butchered my hair and after several washes I can’t style my hair. Despite Anthony trying to salvage my hair at the time, I remained silent to avoid me losing my temper and just wanted to leave. True fact is my hair looks awful and having paid £46 I was meant to leave that salon feeling great. Sadly my hair has been in clips and tied up to hide the embarrassment. Sorry Artisan I will not be returning.

I had to re-arrange my allocated pre-booked time for a different time on the same day and they were very accommodating. Beth styled my hair. This was my second visit to this salon. The lady who washed my hair did a nice little head massage. I was very pleased with my cut, Beth styled my hair straight and asked if I wanted it straightened with hair straighteners but as it was a bit raining out I said no need. It was nice to be offered a cup of tea.

Updated: Thanks for calling me back in to fix my hair. However, I am sorry to say I am still disappointed. I spent another hour of my time and your hairdresser is not aware what a difference of a lob and a bob is. I wanted a lob and she has cut it so short that it cannot be tied into a ponytail.
Old: Disappointed with my haircut. Beth did my hair I asked her for a shoulder length hair with layers but the end result looked like a trim for my existing hair. I wanted a new look but came out with same old look with a trim.

The salon has had a beautiful makeover. A very relaxing environment. But above all the staff are very experienced. I highly recommend Beth. Unlike other hairdressers I have had in the past Beth spent time to discuss my preference and gave helpful advice. She provided a cut and blow dry and transformed my hair. A very professional finish. Thank you for having me today. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a professional service experience but also looking for a comfortable and relaxed environment.

I haven't had my haircut in 7 years at a salon, I didn't really know what I wanted - but fortunately Beth knew what kind of style would suit my face and I mostly went on her recommendation which I'm glad I did. Love my hair! 🥰

1st and second time lovely welcoming staff and I'm so happy with my haircut done by Beth.I definitely recommend them and will use them again.
This time not so happy. Paid a £20 deposit for hair to be coloured, get there and it can't be done and i have lost the deposit as it's not on their computer. Lost a days wages too ☹
