We had a new carpet fitted from Arlesey Carpet Warehouse and it's lush! They're REALLY knowledgeable about all types carpets and helped me choose the right one for our stairs, and the fitters did a good job too. We highly recommend them and so does my cat, who hopefully won't ruin it 🙂

So my daughter went to the showroom and had a great friendly and experienced meeting with the lady and was most impressed with her knowledge so ordered the carpet etc.
unfortunately the experience with the fitter was not so great. Personally I wasn’t here. But she was not impressed with his attitude or his communication with her. And to be fair when I got home the mess he left was not acceptable Surely he can hoover Most other fitters I know carry their own hoover He also told my a daughter your remainder of the carpet has been left for you ! And it was to be fair. But she found it left dumped on the drive ? Maybe he had a bad day 🥱
I’ll recommend the carpet store but not the fitter 🤷🏻

Extremely happy with the service and the carpets received by Arksey Carpets. When visiting their showroom I was not planning on confirming the order but due to the selection and the service I booked there and then. I have also recently them back as we had new wardrobes fitted and they came out to refit the carpets. Highly recommend!

I've used Arlesey Carpets one three occasions now. I'm sad to say the last two occasions I've had issues. I arranged for them to come out and measure and quote for different rooms. On both of these two occasions they were nearly an hour late after the two hour window for the appointment. I had to chase them to find out if they were coming both times instead of having a courtesy call of letting me know they were late. The prices were still competitive and the quality of the carpet and underlay are still good. However the drama of chasing them for the appointments and then on one occasion to get the quote a week after the visit has put me off. The guys who fitted them I cannot fault. Friendly and efficient and quick.

This was our first time buying carpet or infact any flooring and what a great experience.

Arlesey carpets were prompt and professional, going out of their way to ensure we were catered for.

Danny came and measured up our house out of hours and responded to messages promptly. The carpet was ordered in really quickly and The fitters were faultless. Overall an excellent experience and would definately use again
