The owner dosent seem to know the difference between human and synthetic hair. went in the shop and asked if she had pure human hair which she replied yes. She gave me the hair and i showed it to my hair dresser to approve and she said its fine. I still had a feeling it wasnt completely human because of how thick it was. I went home and took the hair out the package and read the back which said 'synthetic'. I went back in the next day and told her the hair wasnt human but synthetic and politely asked for a refund. She tried convincing me saying all human hair looked like that and declined for a refund ofcourse. I understand that not all businesses are expected to give refunds but its the way she tried to make it look like i didnt know what i was talking about or even taking accountability. If your looking for real human hair please be more aware than i was.

I went there 5 days ago for a Brazilian blow dry. What a waste of time and money. I am Brazilian and have been doing keratin treatments for years, so I know very well the smell of the products and how the treatments work.

She applied some random cream to my hair (the bottle did not have a label, so could be anything), that clearly wasn't keratin. I washed my hair yesterday and is back to curly, same way before.

Completely waste of 2h of my life and my money.

I’ve come here a few times to do a mixture of Fulani braid styles and it’s always done so neatly. I added the beads on myself. Always at an affordable price too

Waited a week for my appointment and tried to reschedule for a later time of the day, and she couldn't even be bothered to give me another time/day. I asked on several occasions what time is suitable for her, and when I can reschedule for, but was instead ignored. Not going to force someone to take my money, ill just take my business elsewhere. Seems rude & Customer service severely lacking. Much better places with a better vibe and don't seem like a chore to get my hair done.

Got my box braids done here a few weeks ago and they still look fresh! The last hairdresser I used they would come out after 2 weeks so I went to Ani and by god's grace I do not regret it! Best hairdresser ever and so helpful, a gift to Leicester 😊😊

Blessy is my all time favourite. Once you go there always prefer to pick her. She is very kind and listen all your problem and look for solutions. I strongly suggest her work and she is amazing. The products she use is very nice. Overall big five stars for her
