Got a outfit from this shop, the lady forgot to put the trouser in the box and tried to blame me for the mistake. I asked her to post it out to me and she charged me ( i agreed as i needed it urgently) and when the parcel came, she had charged more than what the postage price was so i messaged her and made it clear i wasnt happy and i didnt have to pay postage as it wasnt my mistake and then i said i would like a full refund. she continued to be ignorant to the fact that it was her mistake. Very rude! She then only agreed to refund me the extra i paid towards the postage. Owners need a new salesperson or they will continue losing customer !!!!
