For the experience it would have been a zero star if I could. 2 stars are all for Brandon; he came accross as a lovely guy and I’m happy with my hair cut although it wasn’t a complicated job. The place was shockingly untidy, dirt borderline filthy and chaotic, in desperate need of maintenance and a good scrub. I was asked to take a sit a couple of times when arrived however the only settee was full of coats and handbags, dirty towel on the floor by my feet, hair all over the floor, I mean all over, up to the entrance on the door mat..a hairdresser resting the hairdryer on the floor.. It all reminded me of my squat days in my youth; I wasn’t keen then and not something I’d pay to experience now. I don’t think they wash the black capes after each customer either as a lady just next to me put one on and hairs blew from it all over me. A kid playing on his iPad with loud volume, thick housewife of barnt green asking Brandon if it was too loud, Brandon as he’s a nice guy and possibly not to upset his customer told her it was ok.. should not have asked, but just told her kid to turn it down full stop. Painful experience, not to be repeated.
