A large range of quality fabrics, even hard to find ones. I wholeheartedly reccomend this company and projects and will buy from them again. Prices are competitive and delivery very speedy. I also received a gift of a fat quarter and 2 matching spools of thread. Very generous of them. Am delighted

Helpful staff. A well stocked shop and also a dry cleaning agency. Heavy lounge curtains sent away Tuesday for cleaning and returned the next week beautifully dry cleaned.

I took a BIG risk and ordered a dress for my wedding online and the company needed measurements. After my now-husband and I struggled with the accuracy of that, we went to Amble Pin Cushion for some expert advice. Norma took the measurements and made some suggestions about the dress, like changing the zip back to a corset back. When the toile came, I went back to Norma where she worked her magic. She made very detailed notes and markings, and pinned the train because the original length was overwhelming for my height. When the final product came it fit perfectly. It was the perfect dress for the perfect day!

I was told when I entered that there was a no touch policy. I am ok with that and understand..I had a mask on and used the hand gel on my hands. There was no one else in the shop.
I was asked to say what I wanted to look at… really I just wanted to look around, I love crocheting and knitting so I was looking forward to browsing… without touching. I said the wool and crocheting, I was showed where to find these and also books of patterns, I turned around and was told to watch what I was doing as my bag nearly touched some wool… I felt really uncomfortable and left saying I’d rather not look. I have worked all through this last year for the NHS and have been so careful.. one shop I wouldn’t want to enter again! I thought the assistant was rude and abrupt… not a pleasant experience.
