My wife recently visited Alternate Look to buy a wig whilst undergoing chemo. Andrea was amazing,!!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and reassuring. There was a wide range of products to choose from. Andrea had empathy and made my wife and daughter feel very much at ease. Been going to Alternative Looks, Blackpool, now for a number of years now. My past three visits have been with Andrea, she is absolutely amazing, she is honest, caring, welcoming, makes you feel at ease, very professional and knows what styles will best suit you, I always come out feeling a million dollars.My elderly friend who has a special birthday coming up wanted my advice on wigs. I told her about Andrea, so I booked an appointment for Tuesday 27th August 2024. Obviously she was excited but very nervous, as soon as, Andrea greeted us she knew she was in good hands. Andrea tried many different styles but found one which was perfect. We were even talking to my friends daughter and granddaughter on what’s app for their opinion which Andrea sorted out , nothing was any trouble for her she went over and beyond to make sure you were 100% happy 😊.
I would highly recommend Andrea she is absolutely 100 amazing and definitely excellent at her job. She’s a credit to Alternative Looks

The group thoroughly enjoyed meeting Andrea and exploring the different options available. Absolutely amazing service, Andrea helped me from Blackpool in the Canary Islands where we are based to find a new character wig for my show character not only to match the colour but also a newer version of a style that had been discontinued. She then sourced priced and did a bulk purchase for 4 of them and ensured they were sent to a uk address safe and secure and quick. And been in touch and help and advice after on styling and everything. As always amazing service thank you xxx
