After my mother died, her clothes were donated at the Alford collection bin. Unfortunately a cherished scarf that I wanted to keep got put in the bag by mistake. I emailed Alford and they responded the same day and arranged for the driver to meet me on his next visit to recover it from the bin. The driver even changed his pick up route to make it easier to meet up. Many thanks Joanne and Chris for your help and kindness and for going the extra mile for me. I greatly appreciated your help at this difficult time.

I cannot recommend ASTCO highly enough. Our house purchase fell through but we had sold our property and were then left in dire straits with nowhere to store our household goods until they kindly provided us with a clean, dry, safe, secure container at a very reasonable cost. Six months later we have finally purchased another property and moved our stuff out of the unit. Excellent, hassle free rental. Thank you ASTCO.
