It’s an okay salon until you have a problem with your hair. Their aftercare is non existent with little sympathy. In my experience there was very little organic experience at this salon, my hair was damaged (over lapping of highlights) on the third visit and has taken 6 months to recover.
I was stuck overseas trying to manage their error and their only suggestion was to come in and see them! Extremely difficult when overseas. I had to pay for treatments locally which they never even offered to compensate and instead suggested Spain was renowned for poor hairdressing (in their minds they obviously were not) and I should put up with damaged hair until I returned to see them and then they would provide a free treatment!
Everyone makes mistakes, it’s how they help rectify them that matters.
I would not recommend this salon, their attention to detail is lacking. They even had my name wrong after 3 visits!!!
I do not believe the saloon tried to give any assistance other than to say, come back in and see us again.
Professional advice on how to care for damaged hair would have been far more useful.

Instead their reply was "Spanish hairdressers are notoriously poor quality, as no qualifications or training are needed to be a hairdresser in Spain, so I would be careful following advise unless you can be sure they have qualifications or are using a very common brand for hair restoration such as Olaplex but any treatment outside of the salon here in the UK will not be reimbursed, particularly without prior agreement." Hence I chose not to return.

Just had my hair done with natural organic products by ‘Chloe’. Who talked through whole process and made me feel at ease. Such a friendly person. What a difference. I am so so happy! If you haven’t been I would highly recommend. All staff are so friendly too. Great experience x. First pic was from when I had test done for colour. Second pic was just now. Delighted is understatement. I didn’t hair my hair cut just had colour. Thank you x

The best salon I have ever been to, hands down! Tom, Jimmy & John are amazing & totally look after you. They helped to improve not only the quality of my hair, but I absolutely love the colour! Would thoroughly recommend! Would never go anywhere else!

You will honestly not find a better bunch of people, I see John but have at times whilst he has been on holiday gone with the other stylists. They are incredible, what I love most is they tell you what will suit you, and they create the perfect style for your hair/face/features. If the style is not going to suit your hair then they say in a lovely way - what if we try this?
You come away feeling totally pampered. It is my number one place to go...you always have a laugh !!

I attended after winning a competition but actually I will return. It was quiet and Jon the stylist was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. It has a lovely atmosphere here and the products are great.
I have since returned every 3 months and always have a great hair experience!

Tom has been doing my hair for 14+ years now and I've recently come back to him at the Salon and am now a firm client! My hair has been through so much and is in bad condition but with the guidance from Tom and his team it is slowly getting to where I want it. The products are phenomenal and every time I go in the client experience is impeccable. I can't wait to see how good my hair feels in the next few months!

This is the only hair salon I've ever stuck to. Jon is very talented and helpful, advised me on a hairstyle a few times and I've loved the results. I'm not great at styling my own hair and tend to go for minimal effort haircuts and he's always cut my hair in the way that looks great with little to no styling. The atmosphere in the salon is also very friendly and I LOVE the sustainability and eco-consciousness of it. Can't recommend this place enough!
