My experience with Gege has been awesome! My natural hair tends to be coarse and tough to manage with hair growth. I have been to Afro Mystique for several hair relaxing and hair treatment sessions to help manage my hair and Gege has always known the right products to use on my hair to make it softer and glowing. And the best part is my hair continues to grow and look healthier over time! In addition, Gege is friendly and caring to her clients. Gege is the best! She really took care of my son's locs. He needed a detox, retwist and maintenance. His hair has never looked so good and she got rid of the stubborn build up. Gege is friendly, caring and her work is perfect. I would definitely recommend!

This is my main girl! She never fails me when I go to get my hair done. Since Iv been going my hairs grown tremendously, No matter the style, she knows what she’s doing. From colour to braiding Iv never been disappointed. Just had a treatment done and my hair feels different, smooth, soft and healthy.

Brilliant!
My daughter hadn't had her curly hair cut for many years so had very dry ends. After a good trim, her hair was gorgeous: bouncy and well-defined curls. I think we have finally found our hair-dresser!!! We will definitely go back.

Had a silk press, it didn't last longer than a couple of days but the hair service was punctual and friendly and my hair looked healthy at least even if the style didn't last.

For anyone allergic to dogs, or just not keen on them, please note there was a large dog in the property - I'd have preferred to be told about that when I booked. I only found out during my appointment because I heard the sounds of paws in the hallway but it didn't come inside the room.

I Came to the hair salon for a trim and detangle as my hair was dry I was recommended the afromystique leave in conditioner it has been a week since I used it and my hair feels healthier and easier to control I am so happy with the result
