I ordered a duvet & cover, pillows, sheet, and shower mat from here.

The duvet and pillows absolutely stank when I first opened them, which I appreciate happens with lower quality feather products, but I’d chosen their “top” range for both. It took a few weeks airing in the spare room to make them usable. Now that they’ve been used for a couple of months, the feathers are very clumped together and the hard central parts of the feather is mostly what you can feel. There is very little down, if any.

The sheets initially felt pretty soft, although they did have a few loose threads. Having washed them a few times now, they’re in pretty bad shape, and the quality is obviously very poor.

I understand that you get what you pay for, and the products are cheap. However, I stupidly fell for a sly marketing post on Reddit, which has since been removed. This has proven again that if the price is cheap, the quality will be cheap.

I will say, however, that the bathmat is actually pretty nice, although I’ve no doubt that it will fall apart the first time I try to wash it.

We ordered 18x18 bounce back cushions pads with a cotton cover which should have a ball fibre bounce back filling. According to the product description.
We got a 18x 18 cotton cover cushion with a labelled 20x20 cushion pad stuffed into it with the same filling as the cheaper pad. so unless. The cheaper pad has ball fibre bounce back filling also the description is not correct there all just the hollow fibre with a larger cushion stuffed inside
Which make them feel harder when you use
I called and asked if they were correct and was told. yes thats how they do the bounce back cushion with a larger size Cushion inside. After using the cushions for a few hours they are uncomfortable and just feel hard when you lean on them. I just wasted my money and should have just kept our old ones.

I had ordered the towels for my salon for £720 but they are too thin and I can’t use them and called them up a few times and I want to have it return. However on their website they tell you to fill all the returns from and they will send the label for your return. I have filled in the from and I have been waiting for 2 days but no return Labels from them. I decided to called them again this morning and spoke with Sid which is not very helpful at all. I felt like they are scam. Still waiting for them to get in touch so I can return my items and get the refund but I felt like I will not get it.

Ordered for a first time and very disappointed. The duvet feels like a low quality, you can feel the feathers pinching through. Ordered two memory foam pillows as well and they came vacuumed. When I opened them, they didn't regain shape and sadly also smell terrible of plastic. Supposedly locally made products say made in china. Hopefully i will hear back soon about my return request, given the other comments they sound like a possible scam.

Excellent Customer Service and Products
Very pleased with this company. Excellent Customer Service, fast delivery, and great quality products. The 'V' shape memory foam pillow is very comfortable, and 'V' shape pillowcases nice quality but a tight fit.
The towelling 'teatowels' are of superior quality compared to local Supermarkets, and at a good price. I'm using them as kitchen 'hand towels'.

I recently ordered bed linen and towels etc for the first time and am very happy with the quality and speed of delivery. These items were for a holiday cottage and will do just nicely. I then made a second order for pillow and mattress protectors and thought I was going to have to cancel because of a last minute booking, so made direct contact with someone called Bob through FB messenger. Bob was really polite and helpful. There was no problem with the cancelling of my order and they were very understanding. As it happened I was able to source these items temporarily so I could complete my order and, again, was very happy with the quality and delivery.

I would happily recommend to others as I believe you will receive good quality items at reasonable prices. I will be continuing to order all my cottage related bedding, towels and linen from here. Many thanks to Bob and Absolute.

The quality of the cushion pads I ordered were finished off well. Also enough hollowfibre filling so the cushion covers fit very snug. Thank you. I will be ordering more in the future. I highly recommend Absolute Home Textiles. They are a professional supplier of top quality items

Abysmal. Towels so thin you can see through them. Dirty tyre mark on unsealed pillows. Cheap polyester (not cotton or good polycotton) covers. Wrong size cushion inners sent. Returned immediately. Over two weeks waiting for refund and only received partial refund. Disputed with payment provider. Bad products, bad customer service. Then make it worse holding back refund.

You’ve been warned!

In response to your reply, absolute rubbish. PayPal are not withholding payment at all. You didn’t refund the full amount. I’m still waiting for you to refund the unpaid amount.
