Went to visit Lesnes Abbey Wood Park which is a few minutes away from the Abbey Wood Elizabeth Line station. The first time I ever went there and first impressions is that it's very spacious. You have the massive Sainsbury's superstore to the left of you as you come out the station and if you walk over the bridge you will find Lesnes Abbey Park with some beautiful green spaces.

This station is well organized, there’s access to over and underground trains, plus there’s bus stops nearby.

When you exit to the left, it’s close to a sweets cafe, a new carry-out/takeaway restaurant, a convenience store, and Sainsbury’s.

When you exit to the right, there’s a nice bar with beautiful outdoor lighting and a cafe around the corner that serves breakfast all day.

The highlight of this station for me however, was the staff! Shout out to the older White gentleman (I didn’t catch his name), Mr. Joe, and Noor. They were all so professional and courteous. The next time I visit 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿, I wouldn’t mind using this station again.

Last stop on the Elizabeth line to the east. This is an open station so you might get wet. Step off train and turn left to exit station. The station building has an interesting wooden ceiling. If you venture out there is little to do or see. There is no need to rush at this station as Elizabeth line trains are pretty frequent.

Great site for London with fantastic transport links especially the new Elizabeth line.
Only downside is toilet and shower blocks are very tired and need updating.

This station is now served by the Elizabeth line Abbey Wood is the last stop on this line for the Elizabeth line. Also Thameslink & southeasten services stop at this station too with trains going to London Bridge, Kentish Town & also Kent. The station has had a major upgrade to it with lifts & escalators put in & also a new side entrance & exit. This station has ticket barriers.

Abbey wood train station is the last stop of elizabeth line for now. Elizabeth line increased the popularity of the region and station. People who wants to go east or south east can travel till abbey wood via Elizabeth line and change here to national train services. As being the newest tfl service, Elizabeth line mostly has minor delays
