I discovered A Class Tailoring through Google due to their high ratings for tailoring services, which led me to seek their assistance in altering a set of curtains. Despite requesting a next-day turnaround, upon receiving the curtains and rehanging them, I noticed a significant discrepancy: the curtains were noticeably different lengths.

When I returned to the shop to address this issue, I was met with a lack of support and accountability. Disappointingly, the staff refused to acknowledge the mistake. To my disbelief, the owner even suggested, 'I thought you wanted two different length curtains.'

Despite a frustrating exchange and the absence of an apology or assistance, I managed to secure a refund. However, this refund is only a fraction of the cost of new curtains, which I now have to purchase.

It is my second time using A Class tailors and they did an amazing job. I’ve had a pair of trousers and a dress taken in with a very quick turn around. Both items of clothing have looked amazing and for a very good price! Would highly recommend!
