Ordered art giftwrap from three different sources. Bristol Artisan included their card, 'Where possible we reuse and recycle all packaging' but whereas other suppliers used a cardboard tube, their roll arrived in a large box also containing two blocks of polystyrene and two plastic bags. Gift wrap is beautiful but I wouldn't order again as left with all this packaging.

In what sense is this item to packaging ratio sustainable? I would check your employees as I think whomever does your packing and shippings works for Exxon Mobile. You are hypocrites if you talk a sustainable and recycling game and then do this.

I’ve only ever bought online as I’m not local to Bristol Artisan but I love it. The pieces they carry are all so beautiful and unique. They deliver quickly and things are always so well wrapped. Never had any damage. Love love love this shop. Please continue to shop small and local to support fabulous places like this.

My daughter bought me earrings at this fabulous shop, she was given a gift receipt and assured there would be no problem exchanging them. When I tried ,no go, as expected, but why give a gift receipt

Ordered online and it came through very quickly and very securely packed. The items I bought were all as lovely as I hoped (thank goodness, they are gifts) and I'll definitely be purchasing again. Fingers crossed I can visit fairly soon, hate to imagine how much I'll impulse buy!

Really unique and interesting products. So much so I’ve been back twice in a month! Friendly and helpful staff. I had a small issue with one of the items i bought, through no fault of BA’s I must add, and they were more than happy to go above and beyond to help. Offering a Friday collection service during Covid has been really useful. Cant wait to visit the store when reopened after the gov restrictions.
