This year is the first time I went to their Santa experience and all I can say is I was thoroughly impressed. My son was engaged the whole way through as was all of the other children. The elves were fantastic and Santa was the most authentic I've seen.
His persona, the way he spoke to my son, his outfit, his real beard. I felt I was on Miracle of 34th Street. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back next year! Thank you for making my son's Christmas and bringing me into the Christmas spirit ❤️

Went to look for v large pot for tree as memorial for my beloved Collie Meg 💜🐾💜 The garden centre seems to have a huge range of garden (and everything else) but sadly they only had 1 very large pot in stock. made of thick clay. £250. But it wasn't nice looking.imo.
The pot I saw online that was lovely wasn't available also was £400. Think I would of paid for it had it been for sale there.
We also went to cafe, lovely and warm on freezing day. Staff friendly and food not too bad. Coffee nice, but seemed quite expensive for what we had.
Overall I would definitely return

Nice garden centre and cafe BUT why block off the last available disabled parking spot with two of your bins. All the dedicated disabled ones were taken

We stopped here for an hour only, so difficult to say about all that the garden centre has to offer.
But I have an example of customer service I'd like to share.
At the café, I ordered a kid's meal for myself as I wasn't to hungry (the price for the adults meals cut right down my hunger, but it's everywhere nowadays, isn't it?)
So, I was hoping no smart Alec till attendant would ask for my ID as I didn't have the time to argue that I only had a kids' appetite... well, to my relief, a very polite and engaging young man took my order without a fuss, and did everything he could to keep me chilled and happy, as for all his other customers.
That was already enough for me to give a good rate.
As waiting for my meal to be sent to my table, i suddenly realised that i had 10 min to go back to the coach to let our customers in... on one hand my lunch on its way and my hunger fully restored, on the other, duty and 50 people wanting to carry-on their journey back home!
Duty came first but i thought id let know the smiley guy at the till.
Well, before i could say anything he proactively offered to put the meal in nice litttle boxes (not a vulgar doggy-bag) and hand me over my nicely wrapped lunch!
Proper customer service! I didn’t have time to get the name of that young man, it was last friday, the 21st i believe.
Well done and thank you mate! You got the whole garden centre a cushty 4 stars just by doing your job properly and caring for your customers!

Fabulous Christmas displays. Lots of "oww's" as we walked round. The coffee and walnut cake was amazing, I rarely eat cake but this was very morish indeed.

Amazing independent garden centre offering great seasonal selections, a good quality cafe and fantastic customer service. We also found their prices and selection were noticeably lower than larger ‘chain’ type locations nearby. Well worth a journey to take a look around.

Selection of things to buy in the garden center is amazing! We went to the cafe as well. It is very expensive for the food you get. I would advise trying to find some edible plants to chew on around the center instead.
