Great service from harmony blinds, rep that came to my property was fantastic from start to finish, choose my blinds and he arranged the fitting. The fitter that came to fit them was fantastic and gave great customer service, he was polite and showed me how to use the blind cords, they look great as you can see, would recommend to others looking for a great blinds for there home. To summarise the service was fantastic from all involved would definitely use again. A Star

Harmony Blinds fitted out the first floor of our new office building, here in Milton Keynes, with blinds a couple of months ago. The product is extremely good value, and the service, both prompt and faultless. In fact we, as a company were so impressed with the product, price and service that we kitted out the rest of the office! I would have no issue with recommending Harmony Blinds for either commercial or private use as we found them and their service second to none.

DO NOT USE. Shockingly bad company. If I could give them 0* I would. 18 months of trying to sort out my order, quality of products poor, installers damaged wall and hid damage, installed damaged blinds, zero quality control poor, blackout blinds with stitch holes all over them.. repairs taking months and then no better than before, installed blinds manufactured by another company, and accused me of trying to get them to fix someone else’s blinds! They have no control of their supply chain, and appears they don’t know how to use a phone and speak to their customers or keep them aware of any issues. Zero customer service. They would rather write off the blinds than adhere to their guarantee. All in all steer clear.

We've had lots of blinds from Harmony in Bradley Stoke, from their Perfect Fit to Roman and Venetian blinds. I can't fault the products, they're a fair price, good quality and look great.
However, the service on the last two occasions has been very poor, late products, incorrect measurements causing the blinds to be returned and replaced, and very little communication with me - I have had to chase them. Disappointed that I'm going to have to consider going elsewhere next time.

Great blinds, good deals and friendly staff. Great value. I used Harmony Blinds for my home in Chepstow and found them to be Informative and knowledgable. They measured my windows and gave me good advise on what blinds would work best for me.
Ordering was easy and the blinds were fitted within a few weeks.
