Fantastic little store with very helpful staff and beautiful designs at reasonable prices. I live in Iceland but came to this shop to buy an elegant wool winter coat (the Mallory duffle coat). It is warm, comfortable, and I have gotten so many compliments!

My wife and I while on vacation found this gem of a store in London. The employees there went above and beyond to get me the hat and belt I wanted. If not for the limited space in my baggage, I would have brought home a fine proper coat or suit, to stun my co-workers, but this stuff is vintage and timeless!

Bought a baker boy cap from Thomas Farthing in hopsack (a name given to the material) and while at the time of purchase, even though there was a small dent in the front of the cap which I was told would steam out but didn’t, even after a few attempts and there was a small hole in one of the seams, I was still quite happy with my purchase as the cap looked great. But after a couple of months of wear the cap had lost its shape and now resembles a slightly lumpy pancake. It was a narrow size so this really shouldn’t happen but there appears to be a tissue like material that’s stuffed inside the lining which I presume is meant to hold the caps shape but has done the opposite. For a £120 on a hat it’s really quite disappointing. The cap wasn’t mistreated and was stored properly. None of my other cheaper baker boy hats have lost their shape.

Great shop! Something went wrong in ordering a cap since I got send a different colour. I told them about it and they send me the right colour hat without any charge. Apart from the great customer service the cap I ordered is absolutely beautiful. Great quality that will last a lifetime. That’s what it’s all about: taking care of your possessions and also taking care of the people around you.
I highly recommend this shop. You won’t be disappointed!

I visited London last week to buy a Tweed jacket and waistcoat, we found the Thomas Farthing shop on the internet, and decided to give it a try they went all the way and more to satisfy my needs, the jacket and waistcoat is amazing and they discounted the waistcoat , such a beautiful place , fantastic people this shop is highly recommended a must see for people who appreciate timeless and beautifully crafted clothing, thanks so much and I will definitely revisit London and your store

Great people to deal with. I ordered something that came out to have a slight issue. But they dealt with it so graciously. Refunded postage and replaced the item with something different. The company does lovely products that showcase quality and elegance. But more importantly, its about the service, the staff, and how customers are made to feel.
