Unfortunately had a really unpleasant experience with the sales representative here on Saturday 1st March at 12:30pm. My friend and I (not from the area) had parked our car in an available space near the curtain shop. Just as we were locking the car, a woman came to the door of the curtain shop and abruptly said ‘girls, where are you going’ with an awful attitude. There was a considerable age difference between us and the sales representative so it felt incredibly patronising. We explained we were heading into the business next door and she rudely said ‘can you park outside there then’. I absolutely would understand needing to move my car if I was not a customer of the curtain shop - however the way we were spoken to was disgusting. The passive aggressive tone and attitude of the woman was absolutely horrendous - I’ve never been spoken to in that manner before. I would advise going to another curtain shop in the surrounding area if you would like to be spoken to like a human being.

Jill is the most helpful person I have met in a long time. She has all the stock, blinds, Velux, fabrics and wallpapers. I went in for some materials and nearly ended up buying the shop because she has son many lovely things ! she can design bespoke bed covers and hangings and the accessories she has are great and a lot in stock. she was very helpful and manged to get my material within 2 days and it was special order from Churchills. I can most highly recommend Jill Lawrie at the curtain Studio in Bourne End near Marlow, Buckinghamshire.
