First class service from a company i found while searching for a new mattress, when i turned up the first thing the sales advisor said to me was"Is that a volvo, as i have a new volvo electric car Hahahaha" so that broke the ice straight away as i wasn't even in the door and that also told me that they are not there just to make a sale, which i found amusing but also refreshing.
Dave the sales advisor asked if i had anything in mind i explained that i had never had a "Natural" mattress but popped in to have a look and hopefully get more insight of what it involved in that kind of mattress as they certainly are not cheap, But, im a firm believer in you get what you paid for.
I did say that i "was only looking" and not planning to buy that day, well, after trying out a few mattresses i settled on a particular one which funnily enough was the one i liked on their website before i went over.
Very very friendly staff, made to feel extremely welcome and most importantly very knowledgeable and helpful, which was exactly what i was looking for, not just someone selling me a product without fully not knowing or understanding the product. (No offence to those that work in this trade, but because of the cost i really needed proper professional advice and help, and thats exactly what i got)
Highly recommend this establishment.

£850 quid for a motorhome mattress. I must of been out of my mind when i agreed to it. I mean the mattress is okay. But it is not £850 worth. Use google or the forums you will find a much better deal.

Service by Paul was exemplary in all respects-no pressure to buy, plenty of time to consider purchase, large choice of mattresses on which you were encouraged to lay, knowledgeable about each make, adding pros and cons of each style. Delivery date and arrangements were fulfilled with very obliging men managing the mattress up the stairs!! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Purchased a new mattress from the store and was assisted by Paul the sales consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with choosing the best mattress for us. He advised us on the full range of products available and ensured we spent plenty of time laying on them all to get a good feel for the comfort. They have an amazing range in store and we would fully recommend a visit if looking for a new bed or mattress. Paul was very polite and helped us without being pushy. We needed a new mattress and didn't know what we wanted. We were met Paul who was helpful and welcoming. He asked some introductory questions then guided us to suitable products to try. The range was wide and interesting. Paul guided us but didn't push.
The company's pricing is competitive and they provided free delivery and disposal of our old mattress.
It was also pleasing that this is a long established local company.
