Sent 4 items here, paid over the odds, they are so expensive. Stated a date I wished to collect. They didn't state they were closing early so I didn't have the outfits for said event. When I got them the next day they were all creased, covered in black hair and were still dirty.

This place takes your money and does nothing to your clothes, don't waste your money

Have always used these for cleaning my duvets and never had a problem always been good. Until now collected a duvet and when I took it out the bag to air......it had got several holes some small and a couple of large one. Porch mark again in several places!!!!!
Went in and complained and did get the money back for the cleaning. The man did say he would reimburse me for the cost of a new duvet if I take the receipt in. But don't trust him. Not even one apology. Looking back he did say "oh I couldn't have checked thus one" but at the time never pulled him up on it.
Definitely won't be using these again!!!!!

My husband brought in 4 curtains and they charged us £78.00 for them. When I checked them at home they have not been cleaned. Stains are still there and they do not smell like they have been dry cleaned. Daylight robbery. They did not clean them at all. They put them on hangers and in the plastic cover to look like they have done it but curtains are same as we brought them.

Had a dinner suit dry cleaned, just opened the bag to find a button missing, did not mind sewing it back in but no button was put in the jacket pockets, just gone. Have a charity event tonight. Thanks very much!

Left a mini wedding dress to be pressed, poorly done, came home and had to finish the job off myself. Returned white top with stains remaining. If the stains couldn’t be removed this should be voiced on collection, I feel it’s very unprofessional to just hand items to the customer without voicing this. I would not trust leaving any other items with this place.

Very poor service. I was told to come pick up my suit today got to the shop and it was locked. Why would you ask me to come pick up today when you knew shop is shut?

I took in some curtains, to be fair they did warn us the lining might change colour and we accepted that but they didn't get off any of the marks on them or even try to spot clean them and they charged £45 ! I usually bring all my cleaning and alterations here but i won't come back again!
