I went today with my mum for my first appointment and Cecilia cut my hair and did an amazing job one of the best hair cuts I've ever had and I've had a lot.
Very friendly and welcoming.
And my mum loved her haircut too even though it is growing out not the cut is so good it still looks amazing

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Barnets Hair Salon with Massimo. I paid £220 for a Keratin Brazilian treatment to smooth and straighten my short hair, but after the first wash, my hair looked worse than before – frizzy and nothing like what was promised.
I contacted Massimo immediately after noticing the issue, and he offered to redo the treatment for free after my holiday. However, once I returned and tried to arrange an appointment, both Massimo and the salon became unreachable. No one responded to my calls or messages – it’s like they just disappeared.
I also sought advice from other professionals who told me that it looked as though no proper treatment had been done at all. I’m extremely stressed and disappointed by the whole experience. I feel like I’ve been ripped off and left with damaged hair instead of the smooth, frizz-free look I was promised.

I would not recommend Barnets Hair Salon based on my experience.
