I would give no stars if I could.

We drove over an hour to the Adderbury Warehouse to order taps and a bath. The two staff there seemed to no nothing about what was in their store let alone in their catalog. We were more informed 🙁

We set up a trade account and put in an order for what probably was over £20,000. After 4 days I called to see where our quote and order was as they said they would send it out immediately. They said on the phone they would send it out right away.

It is now almost 4 weeks later and we have never heard a word and have ordered the same thing elsewhere. Not sure how they stay in business! Shocking!!!

I’ve been a long-time Fired Earth customer and spent tens of thousands of pounds on FE products for my house. The one and only time I needed their support, I experienced a total nightmare. After my shower valve failed, I faced endless delays getting a replacement. I completely understand that their manufacturers went out of business and that mine was an old shower, so I was opened to all/any solution. None was put forward until I insisted. The customer service was painfully slow and unhelpful, and my emails to the manager, Colin, in the end went unanswered. The leak caused serious damage and mould, which they clearly didn’t care about. Once they have your money, they completely drop the ball. If you want a luxury brand with actual after sales support, look elsewhere—Fired Earth is not it.

Shout out to Peter for fantastic service with a quick turn around on the quotes. Very grateful for his detailed knowledge on the product line and for helping with some design decisions. Extensive tile selection on display in store and love the new bathroom collections. Great to be able to choose sanitaryware, hardware, tiles, grout all in one place.

Nice tiles, but not worth the extortionate delivery cost. We drove 40 minutes to Adderbury on Saturday to purchase the tiles we had in mind, only to be told that their outlet is closed over the weekend so they can only sell online (which would involve having the order delivered to us rather than available to collect). This was news to us, as there had been no indication that this was the case: the website says the outlet is open on Saturdays! So we drove 40 minutes home, went to place an order of 190 tiles online, and the delivery fee was almost 20% of the cost of the tiles!!! Unbelievable. A complete waste of time, and outrageous that for such a premium product we should have no alternative but to pay an extortionate delivery fee. I called today to discuss it with someone, and could only get through to voicemail. Very disappointing.

Scorched Earth more like! I have found the process of purchasing tiles from Fired Earth to be highly frustrating and not an experience I wish to repeat. The incompetent assistant messed up my order (turns out that when I tried to arrange collection 4 weeks after ordering they had failed to place the order) and they never answer their phone when I tried to resolve the matter. They also lied to me about the status of my order when I eventually did get through to their number, telling me that they had emailed my wife (even though I gave them my email address when ordering), but we definitely received no such email. I have found the service far below the standards that an expensive shop like Fired Earth should offer, and the final straw was feeling that I had been lied to by the assistant.
