Absolutely horrble experience. My appointment was at 10:30 in the morning. She barely started on my hair before she went to her other clients and left me to the side for 3 hours! I then went home to get some lunch when she later said I should come back at 4pm when she will be ready for me. I arrive and she is still attending to her other clients. She even turned somebody away at the door who was asking her a question because the potential customer was apparently "not serious". She finally restarted my hair only to then go to another client at 6:30 and left me alone again! I ended up leaving the salon at 10:30pm so I was there for 12 hours! I thought the point of booking an appointment is so that you can have priority at a certain time. She really rushed my hair so my finished hair has not met my expectations and I must say is amateur work. She even had the cheek to say that I should come back again. Very unprofessional and bad management here. I will never step foot in this place again!

I recently had Mercy, a talented hairstylist install a synthetic wig on me, and I have to say, I am beyond impressed with her skills. Synthetic wigs can be tricky to install, but Mercy worked her magic and the end result was stunning. The hair looked and felt so natural, and I received so many compliments on it.

What really stood out to me was how attentive and patient Mercy was throughout the entire process. As someone who was new to the shop, I felt right at home thanks to her warm and welcoming personality. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way.

After my experience with her, I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer. If you're looking for a talented hairstylist who truly cares about their clients and knows what they're doing, then Mercy is your girl. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Overpriced. I got told that my daughters hair would cost £80 [which is already a lot of money]. However, when i arrived the lady changed the price to £120 which is a completely unreasonable amount of money especially for my 12 year old daughter. The ladies who did my daughters hair were very nice to my daughter and kept on asking if she was ok which made me feel better about taking her here to get her hair done However, When my daughter took out her hair and did it in a ponytail she realised she had a bold patch at the front of her hair due to how tight her braids were. This is unacceptable as my daughter now doesn't like showing her hair.

I just want to say amazing customer service!…it really felt as though they cared about you as the customer & how you are feeling and I just got a good vibe….Also they do AMAZING hairstyles 👍🏽….I’ve been to many different hair salons and usually the customer service is diabolical! But no all the hairdressers were lovely and made me feel very welcome and relaxed & you can pay by card which is ALWAYS a positive sign in a business because ain’t nobody got time to keep running to ATM! I also think the hair products they use are very high quality and the hair steamer was very relaxing and not TOO HOT like other places I’ve been to! I didn’t feel judged coming here! Also the attention to detail when the hairdresser is doing your hair is AMAZING! They don’t do a rushed job either!

Very rough with my just turned 2yr old daughter and was hurting her trying to comb her hair. I asked for a tiny amount off, just the ends and she's cut it so short. I could put it up in bunches before easily but can't do anything with it now. Uneven in places too. Will not be returning
