I came into this beautiful salon about 2 weeks ago. Never been before but thought I would give it a go, although it was £75 for a cbd. The lady was lovely who did my hair but it wasn’t at all what I wanted and was a really messy hair cut. I messaged in on there contact details and they just blanked me. So all in all,
A really bad experience. If they responded back to me, even with a sorry we will make sure it won’t happen again, that would have been good enough, it just felt like they wasn’t bothered as they get enough people in. Also, this was meant to sit on my shoulders, and I got given a fringe which I didn’t want.

This treatment was new to me and I wasn't disappointed. Each process was explained and a camera is used to check the hair follicles. After the treatment my hair seemed softer than usual. It is a relaxing experience and I had a good sleep that night. I'll book another treatment to see if it has helped my hair growth.

I was looking for a new hairdressers having recently moved to the area. I don’t get my hair cut often as I’ve never really enjoyed the experience but this salon is lovely and welcoming and Ellie did a great job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and also gave some great advice on products to use and even some vouchers to use next time. I’ll definitely be returning 🙂
